Sergio Marchionne the executive of Fiat and Chrysler has announced his long-term plans for the Maserati. In order to boost sales for Chrysler in an attempt to keep the company afloat a lot of things are going to changing for the Maserati and the Fiat brand.
One of the ways that Marchionne plans to keep his businesses on top is by making a more affordable Maserati. I it is important to keep in mind that this is a cheaper Maserati, meaning it's still going to be pretty darn expensive. The current Maserati prices are around $115,000 and the new Maserati prices will be around $75,000. This is intended to up production but it still isn't going to make Maserati the new Camry anytime soon.
